Preliminary Process

Upon completion of preliminary process, TalentPlus immediately begins a thorough and tireless process of reaching out to potential candidates from our targeted search. Through our highly developed channels, we will actively reach out to individuals with a high matching rate of the criteria set out by our client and market the opportunity to attract the best available talent. All qualified candidates will go through TalentPlus’ screening process which may be a combination of interviews and assessments.

Research/Sourcing Stage

In the committed time frame, TalentPlus will begin surfacing qualified, motivated candidates who have gone through our screening process to our clients. Each of the shortlisted candidates will be represented with a detailed, clear and updated profile report.

TalentPlus will assist our clients to handle all the necessary interview arrangements from interview method, location and schedule. All sensitive and confidential matters will be handled professionally during this process by our trained consultants.

Client Interview

Upon our client identifying a candidate, TalentPlus will act as a bridge between our client and consultant and provide candidates with expectations aligned with the market. At this stage we are able to assist our client in providing official documents from candidates such as education certificate, employment history, compensation records and our extensive reference checking process.
TalentPlus reference check consists of up to three separate references from candidates ranging from direct supervisors, subordinates, colleagues, supplier/clients. We have an extensive list of questions to probe into each of the candidate’s background that provide our clients with a truly effective tool in assessing the candidates before making the final, crucial hiring decision.

Our job doesn’t stop once the ink has dried on the offer letter. We will actively maintain regular follow up with each of our candidates once they have joined our client’s organization. This will ensure our client have achieved their ultimate goal of a long, sustaining and successful hire while the candidate begins a seamless transition to a new career filled with excitement and growth.
